Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://wumty.com website (the “Service”) operated by Amrify LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”). Wumty is a product of Amrify LLC.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Services

Wumty provides two categories of products:

Template Plans (One-Time Purchase): Production-ready website solutions built with Astro, SolidJS, and Tailwind CSS. Plans include Starter (free), Single Site ($149), Studio ($399), and Agency ($799). Each plan is a one-time payment with lifetime updates included.

Managed Add-On Services (Monthly Subscription): Optional recurring services including Forms, AI Writer, Hosting, Analytics, and Reputation management. These services are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Managed services are currently in development - users may join a waitlist for early access.

Professional Setup (One-Time Fee): A launch service ($499) that includes deployment, DNS configuration, content migration, and priority development. This is a one-time fee, not a recurring charge.

2. Template Licensing

When you purchase a Wumty template plan, you receive a license to use the template code for the number of production sites specified by your plan:

  • Starter: Personal and commercial use, unlimited sites (MIT license)
  • Single Site: One (1) production domain
  • Studio: Up to ten (10) production domains
  • Agency: Unlimited production domains within your organization

You may modify the template code for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the template source code as a template product. You may deliver completed websites built with Wumty templates to your clients.

3. Payments and Pricing

Template plans are one-time purchases. Managed add-on services are billed monthly. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time - existing purchases and active subscriptions are honored at the price paid.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Template plan purchases and managed service payments are non-refundable. We encourage you to review our documentation, showcase, and the free Starter Kit before purchasing a paid plan.

5. Managed Service Cancellation

Monthly managed services (Forms, AI Writer, Hosting, Analytics, Reputation, and Wumty Complete) can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Services remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • Published content (blog posts, review responses) remains on your site
  • Form submissions revert to basic email delivery
  • Hosting stops - you will need to self-host on Netlify, Vercel, or another platform
  • Analytics dashboard access ends (historical data exported as CSV)
  • Your site code and content remain yours in your Git repository

6. Waitlist and Pre-Launch Services

Some services may be offered on a waitlist or pre-launch basis. Joining a waitlist does not constitute a purchase or guarantee access to a service. We may offer waitlist members early access or promotional pricing at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
  • Transmit spam, junk mail, or unsolicited promotional material
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the templates to build websites that promote illegal activity

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Amrify LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent. Template code is licensed, not sold - see Section 2 for licensing terms.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Amrify LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific performance metrics, search engine rankings, or business outcomes from using our templates or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
